Free Tracked USA Shipping
All custom patch orders include complimentary tracked ground shipping to anywhere within the 50 United States and APO/FPO military addresses via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority.
Once production and quality inspection are completed, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package door-to-door.
Production vs Shipping Timelines
Production time begins the business day after your digital artwork proof is approved in writing.
Confirm the production schedule for your design and order quantity with your quote before approval.
Shipping transit time is typically 2–4 business days within the continental USA.
Express & Rush Options
Need patches for an upcoming trade show, sports tournament, or product drop? Rush production and expedited overnight or 2-day air shipping are available upon request for an additional fee. Contact our team prior to proof approval to confirm availability.
International Shipping
We regularly ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and worldwide via DHL Express. International shipping rates and estimated customs delivery windows will be calculated during the quote process.
