Agreement to Terms
By submitting an order or approving a digital artwork proof with PatchInUSA, you agree to be bound by these commercial terms and manufacturing standards.
Digital Proof Approval
The digital proof represents the binding specification for production (dimensions, thread colors, backing type, border style, and spelling). The client is responsible for reviewing all elements carefully before giving written approval.
Trademark & Copyright Representation
The client represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to reproduce any logos, crests, text, or trademarks submitted for manufacturing.
