An iron-on patch combines a patch construction with a heat-activated adhesive backing. It is not a separate artwork material: embroidery, woven or printed designs can have different edge, detail and attachment requirements. Begin with the actual garment label, placement and artwork. Coatings, stretch, seams and existing decoration can change whether heat application is suitable. Share finished width and height, quantity per design and the item the patch will go on so the backing can be reviewed. Obtain application instructions for your confirmed patch and garment; there is no universal temperature or pressing time for every order. If the garment cannot tolerate heat, discuss another attachment rather than assuming extra heat will solve the problem.

No. PatchInUSA orders start at 10 pieces. If the order contains different designs or versions, list the quantity for each one so the applicable requirements can be confirmed.
Can an embroidered patch have iron-on backing?
Request heat-activated backing in the quote, then confirm the actual construction and garment are compatible. It is an attachment choice, not a promise that every embroidered design or fabric can be pressed.
Can I iron a patch onto any hat or jacket?
No. Check the fabric, coatings, seams, curvature and care instructions. Some garments or mounting areas need a different attachment. Do not rely on a universal heat setting.
